About the Group

Registered in October 2001 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2012, SVG Tech Group is a joint-stock private company that engages in research and industrial operations of optoelectronic materials and devices in the fields of information photonics and advanced display, with self-developed 3D lithography equipment as the core driving force. So far, we have developed into a corporate group consisting of 1 headquarters, 1 innovation center, and 12 subsidiaries, covering an area of more than 600 mu with nearly 200,000 square meters of plants. We have formed competitive edges in large-area 3D micro-/nanolithography, nanolithography, nano imprint, functionalization of nanostructures, digital design of functional materials, etc. We have realized original fundamental technologies, advanced algorithms, and major equipment in micro/nano manufacturing, gotten rid of dependence on foreign technologies and equipment, and become one of the few innovative enterprises with core competitiveness in micro/nano manufacturing.  

Platform

We have established a "micro/nano optics manufacturing platform that is modular, knowledge-intensive, upgradeable, and rapidly configurable". We have been approved as a national-local joint engineering research center for digital laser imaging and display, a key laboratory for flexible optoelectronic materials and devices and manufacturing technology in Jiangsu Province, a key laboratory for modern optical technology of the Ministry of Education, and a center jointly created for micro/nano flexible manufacturing of Suzhou Nanotechnology Collaborative Innovation Center under the national "2011 Program". We have also set up a national postdoctoral workstation and a Jiangsu provincial academician workstation.

 

Patent construction

Patent development As of June 2024, the group has filed a total of 1,097 domestic patent applications, including 557 domestic invention patent applications. Additionally, the group has filed 125 PCT patent applications and 58 foreign patent applications. The group has been granted a total of 638 domestic patents, including 165 domestic invention patents, and 24 foreign patents. The group also holds 18 software copyrights and has registered 175 trademarks, of which 10 are registered abroad.
